1. Can I order a custom basket or fabric?

This service is not available right now but we are working on it for the future.

2. Returns

No returns or exchanges available after your order has shipped.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?

We pack all our baskets so that they arrive safe and secure.  If an item does arrive damaged please contact us, so that we can figure out what steps to be taken, it helps to know if the carton box where the basket was packed was also damaged, pictures will be required. These baskets are imported and one of a kind.

3. Shipping

Shipping will take place within 2-4 business days of placing your order.  If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within that time we will notify you by email.

Our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation.  If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, contact us and we will reach out to the carrier to investigate the issue.

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only offer shipping to the US

5. How accurate are the basket dimensions?

These baskets are woven by hand and the dimensions will vary slightly from basket to basket not more than 1 inch in their same category.

6. Do the basket colors vary?

YES color variation may occur during time due to the natural dyed process, making colors lighter after long term sun exposure or contact with water which is not recommended because of the natural fibers from the baskets.
